  • Oversaw a team of script writers, voice over artists and editors on three narrative podcasts

  • Led bi-monthly commission meetings for the senior team

  • Developed shows across lifestyle, entertainment, and sport, and pitched to agents

  • Organised the Geraint Thomas Cycling Club's face to face community and appointed over 50 local ride leaders

  • Booked guests for the Joe Marler Show, including a clown, an ice cream maker, and a penetration tester
